Spring/Summer Baseball Teams

What separates HitStreak Teams from all the other youth teams and organizations in the state? 
 
The Process- HitStreak takes the current youth process and "turns it inside out."  Instead of building teams through mass tryouts, HitStreak starts with the coach first!.  We find coaches of high integrity and character, good work ethic, knowledge of the game, the discipline to be prepared, and the desire to develop each and every player individually.  Then, these coaches go out and find top quality families that want to buy into the HitStreak concept.   
 
The Program- HitStreak's team program goes beyond just the standard indoor training and practice schedule.  The program revolves around building a community of individuals (players, coaches, parents, instructors) that respect the game and each other.  

The Philosophy- HitStreak's philosophy is quite unique.  It's about development first and foremost. We strive to compete in close games, competing against players that challenge us and push us to reach our potential and develop our game skills.  

The People - Everything starts with the coach.  A good coach can have a positive impact on players  and parents.  He can change a player's life by being a positive role model and emphasizing   development of the player first and foremost.  Then it filters down to the parents and players.  HitStreak's goal is to constantly develop these coaches, parents, and players to make a positive impact on our youth athletes and youth sports.






Youth Fall Baseball Programs


The Program:
The HitStreak fall program allows players to continue to develop their skills in the off season. These players can come from any program, any team, and any level of play.  The practice and training program includes 2 practices per week, as well as unlimited access to our training facility.

The Process:
HitStreak conducts tryouts to identify players of similar ability who can be placed on the appropriate teams in the 10u, 12u,and 14u age divisions. 

The Philosophy:
Fall baseball is less "intense" than Spring and Summer. It is the perfect opportunity for players to get opportunities in positions where they lack experience, can be more aggressive on the base paths, and try things in a game setting that they are uncomfortable with.  While competing and having fun is the emphasis of fall baseball, HitStreak also focuses on the continued development of the individual player throughout the season.
